In 2005, after programming in Southern California for more than 18 years, Karen Druery moved to Bend to enjoy the unique lifestyle and hang-up her keyboard. But after only 2 years, she was sucked back into the world of web programming - but in a good way! A friend with a small business had just paid a lot of money for a website, but when searching Google, couldn't find the website anywhere on the web, and asked why. Well, that was the beginning of Druery Web Design. Five years later, Karen has been able to help over 100 small businesses and non-profits in Bend establish their presence on the web.

Karen Druery graduated from Old Dominion University with a BS Degree in Business Administration: Management Information/Decision Sciences. After graduating, Karen joined Bank of America as a programmer for mortgage servicing. From there her job path included ITT Residential Capital, Financial Profiles and Anteon (a military contractor). With each position, she was hired because of her ability to quickly understand new business concepts. The ability to understand a customer's needs resonates in Druery Web Design today.

Andie Lindgren assists Druery Web Design with writing, design and web videos. She has over 15 years of experience in marketing communications, much of it working in Chicago advertising agencies on national campaigns. The call of the wild lured her to Bend where she spent six years as Marketing Manager for Bend Park & Recreation District and received a national award for her work. Andie owns a marketing consulting business called Leapstrong.

John Hammarley specializes in writing, videography, voice-overs (and humor). His love of writing started when his third grade teacher, Sister Ann Marie, awarded him his first gold star! A few years later, he married that love to the joy of creating videos. That third grade gold star led to four Emmy® Awards and a bunch of other accolades. John owns a videography company called called Hammarley Productions.
