Overview:

BOX OFFICE HOURS:  Noon to 5:00 PM PST Monday - Friday.

SHOW TIMES:  Thursday-Saturday performances will begin at 7:30 PM. The box office will open at 6:30 PM. Saturday and Sunday matinees will begin at 2:00 PM. The box office will open at 1:00 PM.  Click here to see our SPECIAL EVENTS!

PREVIEW NIGHTS:  The Thursday prior to opening night for each Mainstage show is the final dress rehearsal.  This rehearsal is open to the public with non-reserved seats and a general admission of $7.  Tickets are available starting at 6:30 pm on that night only, with the preview performance beginning at 7:30 PM.

LATE SEATING:  All performances begin at the scheduled time. As a courtesy to performers and audience, late seating is not guaranteed. Please pick up will-call tickets by 10 minutes before show time. Tickets not picked up by 10 minutes before show time may be resold.

SPECIAL NEEDS SEATING and ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES:  We are happy to provide wheelchair accessible seating for our performances.  Please notify the Box Office staff at the time of ticket purchase to check availability and to reserve these seats.  Assistive listening devices are also available for our performances courtesy of Quota International of Central Oregon.  Please see the Box Office staff prior to curtain to obtain one (subject to availability).

RESERVED SEATING:  All seats for CTC´s Mainstage productions are reserved.  If you want specific seats you must order early.  Preview night performances do not have reserved seating and tickets are only available at the door the night of the preview for $7.

CHILDREN / STUDENTS:  CTC has discounted prices for students.  All students will pay only $10.00 per show. This price is the same for grades 1-12 and adult students.  Adult students will be asked to show a valid ID card at time of ticket pick up.  As a courtesy to performers and the audience, we ask that children under the age of 6 not attend CTC Mainstage performances.

SENIOR CITIZENS:  CTC has discounted prices for senior citizens.  All senior citizens 60 and older will pay only $15.00 per show.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:  All tickets are non-refundable.  However, with 24 hours notice, you may donate unused tickets back to CTC for a tax credit.  Tickets are not exchangeable between plays, however tickets may be exchanged for a different date of the same play with 24-hour notice, subject to availability.  Patrons may make one exchange for free, a $1.00 fee will be charged for each ticket exchange after that.

LOST TICKETS:  Leave the tickets in your other jacket?  We´ll gladly look up your reservation and replace your ticket.

SMOKING:  CTC is a non-smoking establishment.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES:  In accordance with copyright laws and out of respect for performers and audience members, cameras and recording devices are prohibited at CTC performances. Please turn off or switch to silent mode, all cell phones, pagers, watches and pocket organizers that may emit sounds, alarms or light.
