Download the following forms: Summit HS has agreed to work with Adidas moving forward as it's major supplier for team sports equipment, it keeps the teams looking sharp and they have some excellent deals. Please use the Adidas form to order your required practice gear (items # 1-3) and any other of their products you or your player are interested in. Please use the Bigfoot order form if you need a new helmet or gloves (Adidas does not offer green gloves or helmets of any kind). You can also take advantage of team pricing on any of their non Adidas hard goods. All players are required to provide their own shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, mouthguard, footwear and athletic cup. Varsity players will be given helmets that the club already owns, and are required to have gloves where the main color is dark or forest green. All other players will be required to provide their own helmet, The helmet listed on the Bigfoot order form is ideal, but at the JV level any color is acceptable, as long as the helmet meets current safety guidelines. |
